HSL are very pleased to announce our close partnership with Synergy SKY to continue to deliver, high quality, professional, supported, timely and relevant services to the NHS based on the leading technology, innovative approach, and customer- centric approach we jointly offer.
The availability of this embedded service from HSL as part of the conferencing and collaboration service designed by HSL for NHS clinical uses, Pulse, will enable NHS users of the Microsoft Teams application to continue to use this desktop application as and when they deem it fit for purpose. Users with Videoconferencing systems can participate in Microsoft Teams meetings via their gateway but also enables calling any type of meeting by enabling one touch join for complete call simplicity. The service has been designed and integrated into HSL’s Pulse service in a way that provides a simple and consistent workflow for NHS users to enable them to focus on their patients’ clinical needs instead of struggling to interconnect with other parts of the broadest NHS community and of course into the community and homes of patients.
Dominic Walsh, CEO of HSL comments, “It is innovation and collaboration like this between HSL and Synergy SKY that produces timely and relevant services for the NHS as it deals with the huge current challenges including Covid, the covid backlog and the management of the flu through this winter, as well as in a cost-of-living crisis”, says Walsh. “Our service will save NHS bodies time and money immediately and continue to do so through the life of the service. We are proud to deliver these services and to continue to help the people who help the people” he continues. “We will continue to deliver high- quality products and services and will drive innovation for the benefit of the health service” finishes Walsh.
Adele Thornton Regional Manager UK & Ireland, Synergy SKY commented “We are very excited about the combined knowledge, experience, and client base HSL has in the NHS and how together we can solve a very current issue that the NHS faces after the centralized CVI is switched off. CONNECT not only offers internal SIP to Teams interoperability but also handles external Microsoft Teams invites from universities, labs, other hospitals, and trusts that do not have CVI. We are very excited about the launch of this partnership and welcoming Hospital Services Limited on board as a top-tier Gold partner”, said Adele Thornton, Regional Manager UK & Ireland, Synergy SKY.
